Starting Tuesday December 22nd through December 30th tickets will be available for pick up between 9am – 6pm, Monday-Friday at the cities2night corporate office, located in Northern Liberties, Philadelphia. NOTE: The office will be CLOSED December 25th.

Although we STRONGLY recommend picking up your tickets in advance, tickets will be available on December 31st at the Loews Hotel, starting at 10am for last minute pick-ups.

-Credit Card used to make purchase
-Valid ID
-Email Receipt

Will Call FAQ:
What if I used someone else’s credit card to purchase my tickets? You MUST bring their Credit Card, their ID, and the email receipt. Legible copies of the ID and/or Credit Card are acceptable. You MUST also bring your own ID that should match the name on the email confirmation receipt.

Can I pick up tickets for a friend? NO. Tickets MUST be picked up by the person who made the ticket purchase- they must bring their ID, the credit card used to make the purchase, and the email confirmation receipt in order to receive the tickets.

If I am giving or selling my ticket to someone else, can they pick up the tickets? NO. Tickets MUST be picked up by the person who made the ticket purchase. They must bring their ID, the credit card used to make the purchase, and the email confirmation receipt in order to receive the tickets. Once the tickets are in your hands, you can do with them what you want.
