The Mojito event June 17th was horrible and a disaster! Not only were the front desk people unorganized and there was no check room for umbrellas and bags, we did not get a drink until 6:20pm for the Elite members because there was no ice. The fajitas, calamari and other little plates of nasty food they passed around was cold not to mention tasteless! I had invited an associate of mine who is the Director of Operations of the Bellagio Hotel and Gambling Casino in Las Vegas,Nevada, who is also a friend of mine, to this event and I was so embarrassed with the tacky, unorganized, event that I will never invite anyone or attend for that matter any other event you advertise! Not only did we not get any of the added amenities that we were suppose to get as Elite members such as tapas, gift bags, etc; people that came in with us who only paid $55.00, less then we did, were taking two and three gift bags at a time, had the same amenities we had and when we did try to go to the back room for Elite members the guard looked at our tickets and back at us for about 5 minutes before we were allowed in the room where my associate asked for a drink and was charged $12.00! How dare you!!!!! As a Hotel owner in Mexico and Panama and as hospitality professionals as we both are, the event was a failure and totally unprofessional! Finally we left at 8:30pm and I treated my friend, who was probably the only VIP in the building to a steak dinner at Butcher and Singer Steak house to apologize for the the incompetent, failure of a scam that you promoted! Another loser for you and Philadelphia! I'm livid! This only makes this city and the people in it look like charlatans and wantabes!
