Ireland's Pubs are social experiences: theater, debating room and family room. Kildare's Pub has an incredible architectural interior and state-of-the-art bar & beer system, but it's the food that will be main attraction. "Our dishes will be distinctly and authentically Irish while keeping American preferences in mind. Our food is prepared fresh - nothing frozen," Executive Chef Pagnini comments, "Our chefs have been training with the best in Ireland and now they are excited to be able to offer the freshest authentic Irish cuisines right here in West Chester."


The Pub, menus, and recipes were designed and created in Ireland. Throughout the pub is displayed Irish bric-a-brac that represents Irish music, brewing traditions, literature, and sports. Staff was trained in Ireland and the menu features such traditional Irish Favorites as Boxty's, Guinness Stew and Bass Ale Battered Fish & Chips.
